Scheduled meetings via Zoom or Trainerize where we will go over your new workout routine for the day, I will show and explain each move to you. Then, as you perform the exercises, I will be watching your form, giving you pointers and regulating your tempo, reps and resistance used for each exercise.

  • Integration of my App with Your Smartwatch and My Fitness Pal and to Accurately Track Your Fitness Progress, Including Nutrition, Daily Steps, Heart Rate, Sleep, and Calories Burned.
